Nominations extended for 2025 Australian Training Awards

Nominations for this year’s Australian Training Awards have been extended, ahead of the premier event which celebrates the individuals and organisations that make the skills and training sector the high performing industry it is today.

The Australian Training Awards will be held in Darwin on Friday 5 December 2025.

The awards are an opportunity to highlight excellence in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.

They celebrate the hard work and dedication of VET students, trainees, apprentices, teachers, trainers, registered training organisations, employers and advocates across Australia.

This year’s awards will honour accomplishments across 16 categories, including five direct entry categories for:

Nominations will now be open until 11:59pm on Saturday 14 June and can be submitted via the Australian Training Awards website.

All finalists are invited to join the Australian VET Alumni. The alumni represent a network dedicated to showcasing the value of VET through the stories of its graduates and industry leaders.
